Terms of Use

The terms for using skybuffer.com and the Skybuffer AI Agent web chat, and the conditions for Skybuffer Cloud services ordered online.

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of skybuffer.com, its pages and the Skybuffer AI Agent web chat (together, the website), operated by Skybuffer AS. By using the website you accept these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you accept them for that organization.

Our products and services

Skybuffer AI, the Accelerator for SAM4U Adoption, Skybuffer Cloud services and consulting are provided under the agreement you sign with Skybuffer, or under SAP Store terms when you buy through SAP Store. Where such an agreement exists, it takes precedence over these terms. Cloud services ordered online follow the conditions in the Skybuffer Cloud services section below.

Using the website

You may use the website to learn about Skybuffer and its products. You agree not to misuse it, for example by trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, sending malicious code, or collecting data from it by automated means without our permission.

The web chat and AI-generated answers

Skybuffer AI Agent answers with the help of a language model. Its answers are for information only, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not offers, advice or commitments. Please confirm anything important with us in writing, and do not enter confidential or sensitive personal data in the chat.

Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos and software, belong to Skybuffer AS or its licensors. SAP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP and other SAP products mentioned are trademarks of SAP SE; other names may be trademarks of their owners. You may not copy or reuse the content without our written permission, except for your own reference.

The website links to other sites, such as SAP Store, our documentation portal and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and policies apply.

No warranty

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and we may change or remove content at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Skybuffer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Skybuffer Cloud services

These conditions apply to hosted services you order online from Skybuffer, including hosted SAP systems and SAM4U tenants on Skybuffer Cloud (Cloud Services), unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

  • Services: hosting on our servers, regular updates and maintenance, and technical support.
  • Your responsibilities: give accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential, follow applicable laws, and do nothing that could harm our systems or services.
  • Data security: data is encrypted in transit and at rest, our security is audited regularly, and we comply with applicable data protection rules.
  • Availability: we aim for availability around the clock but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, for example during maintenance or network problems.
  • Fees and payment: you pay the fees of the agreed plan. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Online payments and subscriptions are handled by Stripe, and Stripe's terms apply to them.
  • Subscriptions: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your account settings and keep access until the end of the current period.
  • Termination: we may suspend or end your access if you breach these conditions. You may end your use at any time by written notice.
  • Liability: we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Cloud Services in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when published on this page, with the date shown at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
